Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice dating back to early-1900s Tokyo, carried across generations (and an ocean) to reach practitioners like us right here in St. Peters, MO. The word itself means "universal life energy," which sounds mystical until you realize it's just a fancy way of saying that your body knows how to find balance, sometimes it just needs a little help.
Current research points to real benefits of Reiki for stress, pain, and sleep, and that most clients leave lighter and calmer than when they walked in.

Healing Sessions Designed for You (50 or 75 Minutes, In-Person or Virtual)
Not every day calls for the same kind of reset, so we don't offer a one-size-fits-all session. Choose a 50-minute Reiki session when you need a focused, grounding reset or stretch into 75 minutes when your body's asking for a longer, slower unwind. Both are available in-person at our St. Peters, MO office or virtually via distance Reiki, so you can enjoy your relaxing, healing session on your own time .
However you book, the experience is the same at its core: a calm, private space, a fully clothed and consent-led session, and a trauma-informed practitioner who moves at your pace. We take safety seriously, not as a buzzword, but as the actual foundation of good energy work.
We also specialize in healing for healers - therapists, counselors, and medical professionals - basically everyone who spends their time and energy taking care of others.

Whether you're brand new to energy work or ready to teach it yourself, we offer a training path for every stage of the journey from your very first attunement to advanced practice. Explore Reiki Level I & II certification, Reiki Master training, and specialty workshops designed for both curious beginners and seasoned practitioners (including our therapist-focused offerings, for the clinicians among you).
Our trainings follow the traditional Usui lineage, taught with the same care and clarity you'd want from anyone guiding your Reiki development. Our Founder, Anna Kisting, is currently working toward her Licensed Reiki Master Teacher certification through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), the field's leading credentialing body, bringing an added layer of rigor and lineage-integrity to every class we teach.
Free Weekly Distance Reiki
A Standing Offer, No Strings Attached
Some weeks you need a full session. Other weeks, you just need to know someone's sending a little extra light to you.
Every Sunday evening, we send free distance Reiki to everyone on our list - a little energetic head start before the week even begins. No appointment, no cost, no catch. Just send us your name and whatever you're carrying (a specific intention, a rough patch, or simply "more peace, please" - all of it counts), and we'll include you in that week's group session. Energy doesn't need you in the room to reach you, so wherever you are, you're covered.
